Buyer FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Start with the questions buyers use to compare custom apparel suppliers, including customization, sampling, production timing and documentation.

What is your MOQ?

MOQ is confirmed for the selected product after the model, structure, components, customization and estimated quantity are clear. It is not treated as one fixed quantity across the complete product range.

Do you provide OEM and ODM services?

Pertemba supports custom product development discussions covering product form, materials, functional systems, branding, packaging and sample review. The final OEM or ODM scope is confirmed for each project.

Can you customize fabrics, colors, logos and packaging?

Yes. Available options can include fabric direction, colors, size ranges, logo application, labels and packaging. The feasible combination is confirmed against the selected product and sample.

How long does sample development take?

Sample development is currently planned at about 10–30 days, depending on the garment, functional configuration, materials and review requirements.

What is your typical production lead time?

Production lead time is confirmed after the sample, quantity, materials, functional components, packaging and documentation requirements have been reviewed.

Can you support testing and certification requirements?

Selected fabric and garment test records are available for review, but each report applies only to its submitted sample. Share the target market and required standard so the relevant evidence and testing scope can be checked for the selected product.
